Amazing place to live. I wasn’t expecting such a large complex to be so responsive, helpful, clean and quiet. I definitely recommend this to any apartment seekers. Great staff, location and pricing.
They won't plow our parking lot and people are stuck and need to get out. they won't do anything no matter how many times I call.
Living here has been great. Amenities are great, Esperanza and Pablo are extremely helpful with everything from initial move in to anything day to day. The community is fairly quiet, green and very convient to the the park; which my dog is a fan of. I highly recommend 5/5 stars.
Maplewood Park apartments is a very cozy place with amazing management. The best customer service I’ve ever received they make you feel at home right away. A lot of open parking and really nice amenities there pool is always crystal clear and they have a closed in dog park and a park for kids right next to it it’s a great place for a family or if your looking for a place in a great location. Definitely 5 stars
I lived here for 3 years and I loved it. Esperanza and the whole team were lovely and extremly helpful. Maintenance was always on top to getting things fixed and clean. The location is great walking distance to parks and stores. Although my family and I have moved on to a bigger place I still miss my little apartment and staff at maplewood park.

The apartment complex is very well laid out and the amenities are great (business room with computers, pool and Jacuzzi, Weight and work out room, washer and dryer availability). The apartment complex is kept very clean and maintenance issues are handle quickly with a friendly staff. The administrative staff is very friendly and helpful and they are fun to work with and you soon become good friends.
