Move in was fine, but after that it all went down hill. If you report a problem to the Landlord he gets irritated, and takes forever to fix it - or he fixes it to were its OK for now but will break again. He puts blame on renters, making it seem like its your fault the problem existed. Had to switch trailers due to mold problems (my child was getting sick), we could literally see the mold & wall was crumbling. I can't rate this trailer park there rude there con artist And there way too much too. I had friends that lived there they a visit there
very rude person who takes you on a tour. and dont own a trailer already as they want to look at it and try to buy it out from under you. very very shoddy trailers that are WAYYYY over priced. a 30 yr old trailer for $12,000 come on man, i wont ever recommend them to anyone and for anyone looking at the reviews this isnt a scam im serious they are bad business people looking to swindle you
