Very cheap and not bad! homeless kinda walk around but nothing to crazy no issues with my apartment.
ZERO STARS! That last review sums it up pretty well. This apartment complex is the worst in town. It has the potential to be better, however, the Landlord (Doug Carter) is running this place further into the ground. Dumpsters overflow weekly, litter everywhere due to a lazy maintenance employee, old heating that breaks and takes over 2 months to fix despite violating the Warranty of Habitability (only due to City Code Enforcement being called was anything done about it, other residents are still without heat), no insulation,... read more
Worst apartments ever. I regret moving here. They have bed bugs and cockroachs. They dont let you have an air conditioner so its always hot in the apartments. They let bums hang around all the time. Security never does anything.
