You would think an "animal hospital" would actually care about the animals. Seems to me they care more about the money. Take my dog in to be tested for a uti, they were suppose to have known we were coming but didn't have time to test my dogs urine. bullcrap. Now my dog has to be in pain and pee all over my carpet till you do have time for her.
