My fiancé and I had came here with my cat Freya last night with an emergency, and even though they had a full schedule and it was an hour before close, they were sure to make time for us. We had also never been to this vet. Unfortunately we had to make the tough decision to put Freya to sleep, but the staff did everything they could to save her. I’ve always taken my cats there and no matter who took care of us they were always kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I went into Mapleview not knowing what to expect, as my dog Zeppelin has pretty bad anxiety about the vet. They were good with him, tried the best they could to keep him calm. They also worked within my budget and didn't try to overload me with a lot of information all at once. The doctor we saw was gentle and kind with him, and seemed to actually care about him as an individual family member and not just a pet.
