I have a 12 year old with severe autism. Going to the dentist is a very challenging experience. This staff was gentle, honoring, and knowledgeable about how to work with kids with special needs. Their goal was to build comfort and trust. They were patient and communicated very well.
RecommendedThis place was made for kids! I took our 22 month old here for her first dentist appointment and had the best experience. The lobby has plenty of activities to keep kids occupied while waiting. I can’t say enough good things about Kim and Dr. Michele. They were both so friendly and good with our daughter! I absolutely love the care my children receive at Maplewood Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone is competent, capable, respectful, and nurturing. I highly recommend their office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.
I’m so thankful for the attention you give to my daughters. One of them is on the spectrum and no matter how many times it takes they still make sure my daughter feels comfortable what she needs to get done. Keep it up you guys are great!!!!
This is the place to take your kids for their dental needs! It's a very child-centric environment with original artwork in each treatment room, fun names for the tools and procedures, and a whole wall of prizes. I feel very fortunate to have Drs Claire and Michele looking after my son.
I have been bringing my son to Maplewood Pediatric Dentistry for 2 years. We always schedule with our favorite hygienist Courtney and Dr. Michele Olson. The staff is awesome and my son has enjoyed his experiences here, which is important I believe in establishing a positive perspective on oral health at a young age. We look forward to our visit and I would highly recommend this practice to friends and family!
The hygienist and dentist were so great, and knew just what to say to make my son have a good and fun exam! He loved the play area and fun activities!
