Clean hallway, nice size apartment. Quiet surroundings.
I live here pretty much with rats running around in my walls and disturbing me at nights. Complained at the office multiple times and this is their only fix for it. I pay my rent on time, why can’t they take care of this. My work and sleep both are affected because of the sounds the rats make at night and during the day. Now there is like a weird smell and green liquid coming out of the hole…It has been months now. I don’t know what other way to complain for a fix but to post this review :(

Maple place apartments offers a wonderful living experience. Great location, wonderful amenities and they are beautifully designed. Layouts are second to none and would call this place home.
