Andrea the lease agent at the front desk helped my sister Alia tremendously with her with new lease. She was patient, talked directly to us not at us. Her tone was awesome never changed no mater how many times we asked something. This wasn't her first time helping her. The young lady know her stuff. I'm always happy to go to the office and see her there. You deserve 10 stars Andrea. Thank you
UPDATE as of Aug, 2026.. Im SOOOOO n LOVE w/my updaded unit, YES, I had 2 move, but I was able 2 stay n the Same bldg, same Floor 🤗 THANK U 😘 I got hardwood floors, ALL APPPLIANCES UPGRADED (GE), OMG, Stove leveled, OMGGGGGGG, kitchen/bathroom faucets one handle, decor AWESOME, dishwasher 🤗 keyless entry, laundry room upgrade, balcony Awesome, just SOOOOOO mych brighter & welcoming 👋🏾🤗 Not 2 mention, WE GOT BBQ GRILLS [gas] ‼️💯‼️💯 one at pool & one on complex, so we can grill n Winter.🍖🍖 The Staff s VERY ATTENTIVE ... read more
The transition from the previous company to renew was a bit rough. The communication has been a hassle as well as the proper information. I’ve been staying here for 13 months and my gate tag suddenly stopped working just recently trying to get home at 11:30pm, therefore I was stuck. My visitor code also didn’t work and after speaking with the leasing office, I was told I had the wrong code and they didn’t know where that came from. It’s annoying that you just can’t walk in for a tour. Yall don’t have that much traffic to be acting like that. I thought a leasing office was open 9-5 to be able to walk in and tour and get any questions you have answered. That seems really lazy
