Here again, due to communication. My car was towed this morning because asphalt will be laid. Noticed were provided, however the notice said park where there are NO cones and NO tape, which I did and yet my car was towed to another area. Many other cars are parked where there are no cones or tape, just like the attached images mention and the tow driver asked me to warn them because they’re next. It’s just okay coming from a real luxury apartment in West Bloomfield these aren’t luxury apartments . And you’re paying for every utility including pest control . None of the utilities are flat rate every month the amount change. You have to pay the utilities with your rent . So even if you have your rent amount and not all of your utilities your out of luck.
