New management is lazy. The ladies in the leasing office giving inaccurate information trying to rush me out. Luckily I knew better than to accept the poor customer service. Hate it already! It was way better service from the previous team.
UPDATE as Jan 19, 2026: Mapletree s now under New Management/Ownership w/new name, Renew Franklin Hills, not very original, as theres at least 5 sites out here w/Franklin Hills n their name. Anyhoot, the takeover occurred Oct/Nov, 2025. I originally had no issues, until the Snow. Whomever they chose for Snow Removal/De-Icing SUCKS ‼️‼️‼️ The snow/ice fall, there was I think ONE PLOW through the parking lot & NO Salt. The walkway from the lot to the door, NO Salt!! I lived in a renovated one‑bedroom apartment here for a year, and my experience was really positive. The unit was updated days before I moved in, and everything throughout the complex was consistently clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff was always quick to respond any time I submitted a maintenance request. The office staff was always kind, patient, and easy to work with.
