I had a great experience renting at Maple Place. Excellent and caring staff who go above and beyond to assist their renters. The maintenance staff respond quickly and are eager to assist. Maple Place also has a great community. I absolutely loved the large layout of the kitchens. I highly recommend calling Maple Place Apartments home! Diverse selection of restaurants, services, gyms, and stores in the area as well.
We've had a great experience so far. The grounds are well kept and the office staff is friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond when you have issues and complete their work timely, which I appreciate since I work from home. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking in the Southfield area.
Prospective tenant rude customer service from lady representative. Completely turned off. As someone who was interested your allowed to ask questions as you should when choosing a new home and receive respectful and professional answers. Short ended and terrible with her response. Do not recommend.
Clean hallway, nice size apartment. Quiet surroundings.
