If this company manages your HOA, be prepared to waste a lot of time on EVERY request. Literally everything has been a problem because the incompetence between this place and the builder. For context, our subdivision is brand new, so there is no HOA board. It’s just this company and the builders, blind leading the blind apparently. We have a baby on the way so we are looking to get projects done quickly.
