Just had a property manager barge into my house without any warning!!! He claims it was a mistake and he got the wrong unit number. I know he's only human, but COME ON... He knocked three times and came in. I didn't even have time to get to the door! How about you people get a better system so this never happens again. I would never go through Maples properties to rent again I pay Over $800 and rent a month and it’s always something with these guys When I first moved in, I didn’t have a fridge for a month. They finally fixed the old one and then it quit working couple months later and they didn’t even get around to get me a new one for a while. The place is full Bugs . If this company manages your HOA, be prepared to waste a lot of time on EVERY request. Literally everything has been a problem because the incompetence between this place and the builder. For context, our subdivision is brand new, so there is no HOA board. It’s just this company and the builders, blind leading the blind apparently.
