"Great professionals", money for nothing...
What they do as far as fees should be illegal. Stay away! Very shady business practices
Maples Properties is great to work with! They are very knowledgeable in what they do and keep us well informed in regards to our subdivision. The staff are very pleasant.
They will tell you that everything looks good in your final walk through then trump up the charges to keep your security deposit. Even charge you for things that you marked on your initial walk through when you moved in. Then ignore you and not return emails or calls when you ask about it. Be careful when dealing with this shady company!
