A month after we applied for an apartment, we had no answer one way or another. Communication was lacking and it was a waste of money to apply here.
Edit: I moved out fairly soon after my initial review. Krystie has gone out of her way to make sure I’ve received misdelivered packages and Dobler was very reasonable about move out costs. I’m still glad I left but I think they have made the move out process as painless as possible. I’ve lived at Maples for just over three years. I am moving out because of the drastic change in management style that coincided with our new building manager, Krystie, taking over. Nice apartments!
Just moved in.. Debbie is amazing. . Love my apartment. Most of all, Debbie is probably the most professional and nicest manager of all time. However, you should not break the rules. I love it!!!!!!!
