IPM LITERALLY KILLED OLD PEOPLE OF LEGIONARIES & THEN MONOPOLIZED wC&R (no renters are safe), unless you like FREE PTSD & DEATH BY MOLD! ILLEGAL staff entering frequently! I’ve never written a Google review but felt this first one is warranted after having lived at the Maples for 3 years.. I would absolutely not recommend living here. Management (was Aly at one point but really not sure who’s here now tbh) seems to have a palpable disdain for tenants. I have submitted a variety of maintenance requests over the years (poor plumbing, broken doors, electricals completely dead/light fixtures not turning on) and it on average takes over 3 months for a reply. Very Nice place, well maintained. extremely convenient and the manager is really nice and good with communicating in a timely manner.
Washer has been down for over 2 months and nothing has been done. Frustrating to have to tote our laundry around to other washers. The sign says will be done soon but again it has been over 2 months and management has been notified multiple times.
