I have lived here for over 6 years. I love it here. The owner is a very kind man who is very aware of his 55+ or disabled people. He is always on top of every repair. It is very clean inside and out. Very quite with beautifully landscaped yards. If you want to do a bit of your own preferred plants or even grow a few fruits or veggies it is open to do so.
