My car had a weak battery, they did the oil change, but didn't do any inspection on my car. Because they would have suggested to buy and install a new battery. Everytime the car shit off, it had to be jump started. So when they said the car was ready, paid $91 for the oil change. The car didn't start. Luckily I had a portable jumper. Then I went straight to auto zone to get a battery. Luckily I did because the battery was super hot and smoking. I just can't believe ford let me drive the car home like this.
