The worst at communicating and solving problems
After 5 Ford leases from another NJ dealership, I decided to give Maplecrest Ford - Lincoln of Union a try for my 6th lease. My sales rep Anthony Smalls was very courteous, knowledgeable, and considerate of my concerns.
