Extremely poor customer service. An amazon package was delivered for me while I stayed at this hotel. The staff never notified me. I only realized after I had travelled back home. Called them and they refused to mail it to me despite the fact that I offered to pay for the shipping (this is a small package in an envelope, something that should be cheap and easy to mail).
