Need more communication between Mapletree and buyers. Have to beg for info on loan. We started purchase in March. It is now July 2. I was told we would be done and moved by June 1. Now home will be empty till spring. I can not get assistance in building barn or fence now, as everyone is booked up. Mapletree does not care about the people paying them. We have never been informed on any progress. Will never reccomend them, and plenty of people are aware now as they have been expecting us.
I'm sitting here in the comfort of my new home and have to thank Jim Teele for all his tireless work he put into making sure I got the best funding possible...as quickly and smoothly as a house closing can go. He did an amazing job and I couldnt be more happy with his work. Not only that he's just a really great guy who wants the best for his clients!!
