Worse experience. Constant disappointment. Lack of communication.
We were 1st time home buyers and completely overwhelmed by the entire mortgage process. Jim Teele was always reassuring and helpful and always guided us through even the most stressful parts of the process. We are very happy!

I called there and spoke to a man with no manners. He told me I was an old lady and that no one wants to give a mortgage to an old lady on disability. Sweet isn't it. You figure that he could have worded it better. I cried f or three days. Make you feel great. Ugh As normal the b ottom line is all that matters.
