Appears to be run down slum lord living in this apartment building. Many people are waiting for repairs that aren't gonna be coming to them, but still waiting for them.
Not only is this place horribly managed and their rent policy is very finicky but this place is also bed bug Central if you move into these apartments expect to potentially be met with an unwanted infestation at least once a year.
Horrible management they will screw you over and they never keep track of rent the washers and dryers that you have to pay for dont work half the time and you can guarantee you wont get your security deposit back DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!
