RecommendedVery professional. Made me feel at home! They were happy and i that makes you feel more at ease. They took the extra steeps to make sure that I was covered under my ins. They sent me for color coding to make use no one would knew the tooth was different. I am changing to dental office. Happy my daughter told me about them :)
They do it right the first time
Dr. Robert DesRoches is the best dentist around as I have been his patient for over twenty five years at least. My husband & I both will transfer over to where he is working now. Thank you. Lori Moore
Overall I am pleased with my ability to get appointments on Saturdays so I can save my sick leave for when I am actually sick.
The staff here are always very friendly and helpful. They stop if I give the indication that something is too painful and they always let me know what to expect before it happens. For an uncomfortable visit to the dentist, they make it a lot better. Highly recommend.
I called Saturday, 7/14/2018 at 10: 30 in the morning bc I was told by the Deaconess ER to go to a dental office for a possible abscessed tooth ( lymph nodes are swollen, sore & radiating pain into jar); Bob says he's booked up until Tuesday..... duhhhhhhhh, OFFICE IS CLOSED SUNDAY MONDAY & TUESDAY....To have to be in pain until I can get to VA Dental on Monday is excruciating. ( my arm is in a sling due to my rotator cuff surgery in which I can't drive and I would have to take the Uber from Airway Heights to Ash so driving ... read more
Very nice people that work here... They actually LISTEN!
I have always had great service from the staff at the front desk and rest of the dental staff. They have treated me with kindness and compassion and have been very understanding of my financial situation. This is the only office that I will go to for dental care. They are the best!
