Shout out to Trisha, Lauren, and the crew for an amazing first experience at the Powell location. Thank u ladies, and to the staff, including the fella yelling y’all come back now ya here, (as we were walking out the door this afternoon), y’all are appreciated. We will absolutely be back.
Delicious food, outstanding service! I recently hosted an event and needed food and drink catering. The team at Maple Street, including the Community Leader, Rachel, were incredibly responsive even. They helped me think through what the menu should be based on the type of even I hosted and they worked with me to quantify the appropriate amount of food. On top of that, everything tasted delicious! I look forward to calling them again for our next event, and to stopping by the next time I am craving biscuits and gravy.
My family and I really wanted to like this place. The food is some of the better “fast casual” breakfast options near us - but the service is severely lacking for take out. No matter whether we go on a weekday morning or weekend morning, the food is not ready within the quoted timeframe. Often times part of the order is ready and sitting on the counter while we wait upwards of 10+ minutes for the rest of the food, which results in the food being super cold when we get home.
