We recently purchased a CX50-Hybrid from Maple Shade Mazda and had a wonderful experience. Ramir was a pleasure to work with. He is knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and organized. Such an unprofessional dealership. Lou was very disrespectful despite us being prior Mazda owners. When we could not come to an agreement in terms of pricing, he crumpled up the paperwork in front of us and stated, "go get a Corolla then" and proceeded to walk away. Even if we were to need another car in the future, we won't be back to this specific dealership because of Lou's awful and disgusting attitude.
I bought my 2024 CX-5 Preferred Model one year ago as of March 3rd. I have to say it was the best decision I ever made in my life!! I love my 150,000 maintenence oil changes I get free as a preferred member. Every time I need to come for an oil change the service department and techs are amazing and polite . They make me laugh and smile and the snacks and drinks in the waiting room for free are top Notch also. Thank you Maple Shade Mazda for making me a proud owner and customer..
