I cannot speak to the total dealer experience since I never even entered the dealership but this review is based on the terrible level of communication. The website has an option under each vehicle to "Click here for your E-Price". This is a great feature except for one minor nuance. You never actually receive an E-Price. Instead, you receive a short form to complete with your contact information which leads to my second issue. You are also asked for your preferred method of communication. Ramir was such a great part of our car-buying experience. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was able to make us feel at home while we were car shopping. He never pressured us, and was very helpful in showing us our many options. I would highly recommend coming in to see Ramir when you are looking for your next car!
This has to be the most Racist dealership I have ever been to. I went through service to purchase 4 brand new tires. I attempted to use a discount coupon directly from Mazda. The service desk refused to assist me in retrieving the coupon proclaiming it had to be printed. I recently visited the dealership for a test drive of the 2025 Mazda CX-5 Preferred, and the process was incredibly smooth. Ramir was my salesman, and he made the experience even better by not pressuring me to close on the car that same day, allowing me the time and space to really think it over. When I followed up with him, Ramir listened carefully to my wants and needs and explained the best options that would be beneficial for me, especially as someone who had driven a older Mazda for the last 8 years.
