Not sure how this place stays in business, low inventory, showroom looks like something out of the 70s, and customer service is not a priority. I stood in the middle of the showroom for 10 minutes while 3 salesmen sat around doing nothing and the manager who also did nothing to help. I’ve tried 3 times to buy a car here because it’s my local dealership, and all 3 times left to go elsewhere. Save your time and go elsewhere
My experience at Mazda Maple Shade was awesome! Ramir (sales representative) was efficient, professional and courteous during the sales process. He was cool, calm and made my son and I feel at home. I would wholeheartedly refer my family and friends to Ramir for their vehicle purchases.
Horrible customer service on the phone, no availability for weeks… idk if they’re understaffed or hate their job but this place is a nightmare. Go to Chapman completely different experience they are wonderful over there! This place is awful!!
I cannot speak to the total dealer experience since I never even entered the dealership but this review is based on the terrible level of communication. The website has an option under each vehicle to "Click here for your E-Price". This is a great feature except for one minor nuance. You never actually receive an E-Price. Instead, you receive a short form to complete with your contact information which leads to my second issue. You are also asked for your preferred method of communication. Ramir was such a great part of our car-buying experience. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was able to make us feel at home while we were car shopping. He never pressured us, and was very helpful in showing us our many options. I would highly recommend coming in to see Ramir when you are looking for your next car!
