Nowhere near enough guest parking spots, and they are crazy about towing. They have this dude that drives around all night on a golf cart and all he does is check cars and harass people. Maintenance is nice but super understaffed, so good luck getting anything fixed in a timely manner. They loooooove to steal security deposits so DOCUMENT EVERYTHING WHEN YOU MOVE IN. Also, wifi is horrible. Not worth the money at all. There are plenty of better places closer to campus for much less.
Best community I know of in Blacksburg. I love the people that work at Maple Ridge they have always been caring and friendly.
