I gave 2 stars because the staff are very nice from reception to the hygienist. Having said that, Melissa's work is very expensive and only last a fraction of the time promised. I spent over 12, 000 $ for 6crowns lasting only 42 months. When asking for some of my money back she became ruder than normally. I only received a cold letter stating " her work was stable". I still can't eat. They haven't gave up my records yet either. I suggest a 2nd opinion first.
