I'm going for my third year living here and I really do not have any complaint, the staff is very attentive and they are always trying to improve the facilities.
I recommend the very spacious apartments very good excellent parking area their maintenance very excellent to the day the truth is that I have never lived as comfortable as I am right now excellent service
We've lived at Maple Ridge for almost 7 years and this is the best office staff we have had. They address any problems and the new maintenance person is really great.
The Maple Ridge staff are always there to help. I have never had any problems with the care that they give to their residents. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I've lived here a little over 2 years now and have enjoyed it. Anytime I've had an issue or problem concerning maintenance it has been resolved almost always immediately. The new workout room, playground, and grills have added to the amenities. Absolutely love Erica and the office staff!
Erika and company go above and beyond to make sure every concern is addressed and to deliver great customer service without hesitation. Brett is a wonderful maintenance worker and always is sure to give you a call with a resolution and successful results!
The office ladies are always kind. You're allowed to have pets, which is great. Children love the new playground!
