Beautiful community This community is very quiet with a lot of grass and trees.
Verified Renter This is a great community. It is quiet and very clean. They have lots of trees which makes it feel secluded - like a park.
Verified Renter The apartment sizes and outdoor area are great however the maintenance people take forever to get to you and there were a lot of things that needed to be done before we moved in that never got done. They wont replace things unless its completely busted up and broken even if it was defective when people move in.
Verified Renter Absolutely beautiful! So happy to call this home. The best location. Easy access to so many outdoor activities! It's peaceful and quiet with great access to the Columbia River and the river trail. Not to mention the beautiful design of the apartments themselves. So many windows in each unit to make it feel open and airy!

Verified Renter Great community to live for my children and I. For someone without a vehicle, there are stores nearby, we live in walking distance of some schools, and the transit is nearby. Nice staff, never had any issues with communication. Reasonably priced rent.
