Please don’t waste your money with these clowns. Their management team is a complete joke. They will tell you one thing and do another. Our lawn too had more weeds and bare spots a year after using them. Switched to True Green and see a MAJOR improvement in my lawn.

My husband and I put in a complaint with the BBB today. Used them once, and twice now they have done unauthorized yard work, both times we were billed for the unauthorized services. I left a voicemail today that I was not paying this last bill and that I didn't want them to ever work on my yard again. I don't trust them - seems like a scam to get me to pay for work not contracted for.
Knowledgeable staff, quick to handle any concerns. Seems like the training the company puts into their company pays off in my yard. Will refer to anyone needing great lawn care service.
Don't use them. My Mom's yard is a mess. And even after explaining her situation, I got asked if I knew about fescue (like this was the time for a lecture), along with a bit of attitude and quiet laughter. Terrible customer service. Maple Leaf, your reputation should be more important than "being right" on a phone call with a customer. Get your priorities in order and get some customer services training, if you do nothing else. $520 to aerate my Mom's yard is a drop in the bucket compared to the cost of your reputation.
They have been doing an awesome job for me for years. Keep up the great work guys and gals!!
