Friendly, patient staff. Top shelf musicians. Fair pours. Courteous, informed, and intelligent patronage. One of my five favorite live music venues
This place was highly recommended by many. What a disappointment. 6 of us arrived at 9:30 and paid the $20 cover for a show advertised to start at 10:00. It was pretty full when we got there and more people continued to crowd their way in. At 10:45, still no music and no indication that any would be starting soon, I asked the man at the door for a refund. He said no refunds for any reason and told me to step outside so he could take more covers and let more people in. Not sure what New Orleans fire code is for building capac... read more
