Very patient and kind with my old man. Hes a 10 year old Aussie shepard blue healer mix. They took time to answer my questions and gave walley time to relax before doing his exam and shots.
Yesterday, during a very sad time for us, the staff at the Maple Lake Vet Clinic made sure they had an opening for us to come in. They made certain every request I made was met and their kindness and compassion were second to none. Sparky will be missed greatly but you made a very difficult time much easier. Thank you.
Been going to Animals, Inc. since 1974 when the only clinic was in Watkins. All the Drs. are top notch and the staff is very knowledgeable and caring. All my friends use Animals, Inc. even those from St. Cloud and those with large animals! These folks are the very best!!!

We have always had good service with Maple Lake vet in the limited time we have lived in the area. However today Dr. Dan and his team were exceptional. My dog was sick on Sunday but was fine by Monday morning. Suddenly today, he got very sick right before close. Instead of blowing me off at 4:55 p.m., Dr. Dan spent 5-10 minutes with me on the phone assessing the situation and talking through home care options. Thanks to him, my dog is resting comfortably tonight and so am I. Thank you all so much!
