Never do they have time for an appointment. You would have to “plan” ahead for your pet to be sick. You can never be seen. Don’t go here.
Unfortunately just had really poor customer service. Rude and short with us as new customers. I totally understand it’s a crazy time and places are short staffed and stressed. But we were trying to stay local with our business and won’t be doing so 😕
By far the best service I have ever received! The kindness, compassion and expertise I received will never be forgotten! The way they took care of my daughter and her beloved pet was top notch! Both the Vet assistant and Dr impressed me more than I can ever remember any other experience as far as customer service. They obviously love their job and customers! Thank you!
Thank you for the amazing service Maple Lake Vet Clinic. They were so loving, caring and passionate. We were so blessed by the Doctor. Will never forget her and her kindness. I was extremely impressed with their service. Couldn’t have said a better goodbye to my sweet and a loving best friend. Would highly recommend them.

Many thanks for always helping us and our critters in a fast and peaceful fashion. When your dog is both door and dog reactive, it's nice to have people who understand and know what to do! According to our cat, your clinic was pretty fascinating too, haha.
Our family highly recommends this vet clinic! The staff is so friendly and caring. Well worth the drive!
