I was used to harder cracking techniques that make you feel better fast but don't last long. As my husband and I started to come to Maple Lake I liked their philosophy and want to keep you in a aligned state for longer. Training your body to hold itself straight for longer periods. Dr Brittany and Josh are always friendly and have great ideas to help you stay on a great path.
