LJ was a great manager and had this complex at 5 stars when i first moved in, and it’s still a safe place to live, but other than that, mngmnt is horrible now. you have to call the office like ten times before someone answers and you never know when the manager is in office. you can’t submit maintenance requests online anymore and they’re very slow to fix anything now. My fiancé and I have booked twice to see this property and no one has shown up either time. Any number listed on the website and the door has no one in the other end. They do not answer the phone during normal business hours and they for sure don’t call back. Bad business. I can’t only imagine if we needed something fixed in the apartment. Save your time and money and go for the next apartment complex.
The worse apartment I have lived at. The person who owns the building the worse landlord I have ever had. It is a roach infested, and has a mice problem also. The property outside and the dumpster always full of trash. Repairs are made by none professionals. Rent at your own risk.
I hate that I am even writing this, but this is not the place to live. New management don’t return calls. They are charging me extra insurance and no one has a reason why. I been living here since 2020 and it was so much nicer back then. This property was great. But the new management does not connect with their renters as much as I would like. No in-person, barely even phone and email service. It is difficult to reach someone to address rental issues with the building. The new company should rehire L.J., if he is still available!
