Terrible Service – I had a run of the mill door key made at this store by a young man who was very nice. When I tried to use the key it got stuck in the lock. My father was able to get the key out of the lock by spraying it with wd40 and a lot of patience. I took the key back to get it remade. The person behind the counter insisted that the key was made correctly and was totally rude. He kept trying to tell me that the lock was installed incorrectly.
