I went to Maple Hts Hardware to obtain a screw and nut for my Portable Oxygen. A gentlemen asked me what I needed and I showed him where the screw and nut came out. He took the time to almost take the whole unit apart to find out exactly how the screw and nut fit into the housing. After more than 15 minutes of painstaking work he was able to find out that it was attached somehow to an area that was hollow. He made the necessary repairs and my Portable Oxygen was fixed.
