Maple Heights is a horrible place to live. The building is close to the interstate so you can hear the cars passing by all year long. Sometimes you can feel the big rigs shake the apartment. The AC has gone out 7 times in two summers. The heat was out over a week last winter. The management company is absolutely unhelpful and is unwilling to help with concerns. The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors walking and talking. Its supposed to be smoke free, however, it is not enforced. Overall I would not recommend this p... read more
