Extremely Unprofessional and Disrespectful Staff I had a terrible and unacceptable experience at this place. The female staff at the reception are extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Instead of doing their job, they are always busy on their personal mobile phones and show no respect to customers at all. What made this situation even worse is that my mobile phone went missing at the reception. I strongly suspect it was taken and hidden by the staff.
