Clearly all about profit! I inquired through their online portal about trading in my current 1 year old travel trailer for a smaller unit. The rep contacted me through text message, didn't even bother to introduce himself/herself, and proceeded to ask "What year and model is your Jay Feather ?". Which was annoying because I had already provided that information on the online form. Wanted to share our great experience with our new (to us) 2004 winnebago class A. We took it in for some water pump and generator issues and an oil change. They finished ahead of schedule, for less than I expected. They are super courteous and helpful. And meeting pups Tug and Rex are almost worth making the visit to check them out. Will be taking our rig there for all my future RV needs.
Maple Grove RV Sales has great prices and awesome customer service. We’re very happy we bought our camper from them. Our sales person John was super helpful!
