The leaf spring on my travel trailer snapped on the freeway and had to have it put on a flatbed and brought somewhere. Called Maple Grove RV and Summer said they would do whatever it took to get me on the road as soon as possible. Within 24 hours they install two upgraded leaf springs and two tires to replace the damaged ones! And the total cost came in less than her estimate! We stopped by to evaluate options with two bouncy kids. Dwayne showed us multiple RVs. Dwayne was honest and helpful, answered our questions and he genuinely wanted to help with our specific situation. He even found some other alternatives for us to consider that we hadn't thought about. We will be back and we definitely recommend this location and Dwayne in sales.
I had an excellent experience with the service department at Maple Grove RV in Everett! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. A special shout-out to Summer, who went above and beyond to help me get a new windshield ordered and installed in under two weeks — far quicker than I expected! She kept me updated throughout the process and made everything incredibly easy. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future RV needs. Highly recommend!
My wife and I came to look at a used RV for sale. We were immediately impressed with the knowledge of the RV we were looking at and they also had a full service shop! We bought this very nice 10 year old RV that was on consignment however needed some maintenance catching up. The shop went right to work with an extensive inspection. I live in Portland and so talked to them about a used RV and wanted to know it was in good condition before driving 8 hours roundtrip. I was assured it was in great condition and was pressured to put down a $1000 deposit. They told me to use my debit card, not credit to save a fee. Then I drove 4 hours and when I got there the interior fans were on and there was a horrible smell coming from it- obviously water damage/mold.
