I had my teeth cleaned by the dental hygienist, Amanda. She is excellent. The dentist, Dr. Caplice is also excellent. Thank you, Maple Grove Dental!
We have been going to Maple Grove for more than a decade. Alas, Dr. Elliott Ber retired last year, and I am guessing the practice has been acquired by private equity overlords. Don’t be misled by the old reviews. If a practice could lose its teeth, this one has managed to. Dr. Ber’s replacements are adequate in a very average sort of way, my wife had to go three times to have a simple filling fixed. I don’t think many people enjoy going to the dentist, but I am glad that Maple Grove Dental is MY go to dental facility. My family and I have been going here for 30+ years and would never consider going elsewhere. I am always greeted in a professional yet friendly manner. The women at reception also have a sense of humour which would put anyone at ease. The staff have always managed to accommodate us for small dental emergencies that have occurred over the years and keep us up to date on check-ups and cleanings. They deserve... read more
I have gone to Maple Grove dental for years (maybe 20?), the ladies at reception are fantastic and everyone there always takes great care of you. I just wanted to say you are in good hands at this Dental office :)
We have been going to Maple Grove Dental for few years and had been happy until recently I was told that my kid has a cavity which is really bad, so filling is needed and I was just curious to ask if I can see the cavity from the X-ray as she mentioned that we can find out the cavity from X-Ray. The answer I got from the dentist was “are you a dentist? Only dentist can see the cavity from the X-ray.” I was unimpressed by her answer.
