I actually live next door & my apartment had no parking spaces available and Maple Grove was kind enough to offer me one of their spots. I am so grateful they are letting me do so! Emma was very helpful in setting the contract up & I want to extend my thanks to her & the entire team! Thanks neighbor!
Here to give some objective but unfortunately very negative reviews. Stop living here. 1. Nearly no on-site management team. They used to have one person here. Then soon the company bought more fancier building and properties. They took the staff from here. Residents still got email saying the onsite staff would be here like 4 or 5 days a week, but they are lying. you will seldomly see them. Phone call or email will take you forever to get someone. Scheduled a guided tour via email, and I was told a team member would reach out. Someone did contact me and gave me Troy's number, but when I called, no one picked up. So, I tried another number, only to be told that I had no appointment, and no one had actually reached out to me. My calls weren't answered either. I would advise you to not book a viewing at Maple Grove Apartments. I had a tour scheduled and the leasing office bailed on me, didn't answer any calls or emails, and ultimately wasted my time. Save your energy and book a viewing with a company that actually takes their clients seriously.
Troy the Leasing Agent is excellent, so much so, I put in an application at the end of my tour on 5/3/24. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, patient, the best knowledge of the property. TLC is fortunate to have Troy.
