I want to pay a bill but they do not seem to want me to pay the bill! Contrary to what they tell you in the phone message (no one ever answers the phone) there is nowhere on the website to pay your bill! There is also no person to answer the phone even when you call during business hours! I left a message, I will see if I get a call back but I just want to pay my bill!
Doctors I had were great, People at the office were a delight to deal with but my main gripe is that the website use to offer a pay online option which I used prior to make payments. Recently within the last few months the link has vanished, leaving myself and others the inability to make payments altogether. Why tell patients to go online to make payments when your website doesn’t offer this option any longer? Has anyone even noticed this flaw yet???
