Maple Florist is a charming shop with friendly staff, beautiful and creative arrangements, and exceptional quality flowers. The customer service is outstanding, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a high-quality floral experience.
Excellent customer service! Daniel the floral designer was very helpful and accommodating. He answered all my questions and request on a certain funeral floral arrangement. Unfortunately I had to cancel for some reason and he refunded promptly.
GORGEOUS flowers, wonderful customer service, truly the best!
Beautiful flowers and timely delivery. They call the recipient's phone number ahead of time to make sure the person is home. If you want a surprise, you may want to note that in the delivery instructions not to call. But they need to confirm that someone is able to receive the flowers.
Not only did they deliver a beautiful bouquet to me but they made sure I was home and even made sure to make my delivery happen in a tight time frame!! Thank you Maple florist!
