Very professional while being friendly and putting me at ease
I had my first appointment at Maple Family Dental. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Lois was extremely helpful with my insurance even before I had my appointment. It was a pleasure meeting her when I arrived for my appointment. Alexis, the hygienist, was great. She took her time and was very thorough. Lastly, Dr. Rebhun was very nice and more importantly, very informative. She explained everything I needed to have done. She made sure I felt comfortable and understood everything. Amazing experience as always!!!
Let me start by saying i am extremely particular when it comes to dentistry. I have had several bad experiences over the years and have therefore hated to go to dentist. That is until I found Maple Family Dental Assoc. My doctor is Susan Trager. She is absolutely amazing. She is a stickler for detail and perfection. I cannot thank the staff, asssitants and Dr. Fran Rebhun for their incredible, fabulous care and help at my emergency appointment on 2/4/20.
