They did a good job with my daughter that has really bad anxiety. They were patient with her. The staff is very friendly!
We had a fantastic experience with our 5 year old son. It was our first visit and everyone was very kind and friendly. Great with kids! We definitely recommend and will be going back regularly.
Everyone is fantastic! My son isn't always the most cooperative patient but they made him so comfortable that the appointment was so smooth. I definitely recommend this office!
After these guys pulled my son's bad tooth, I brought my son back in to have a space maintainer on. They made 2 attempts and failed to place a space maintainer in my 6yr olds mouth because he wouldnt open his mouth. So they told me I could take it to another dentist after they pulled his tooth already. Also then failed to contact me when the maintainer was in after being made. I just had an emergency chipped tooth repair a few minutes ago. I’m from Grand Forks and my dentist back home couldn’t get me in until next week. I called Maple Family Dental and explained my situation, and they were able to get me in. The staff was extremely friendly, very professional, and fixed my tooth perfectly! I’m a huge chicken of dentists, but I walked out very happy and am planning on traveling to Horace for my routine dental maintenance. Thank you Dr. Butlema and Maple Family Dental!
Dentist himself was great but I can’t say the same for the staff, we were mistreated and have had horrible communication. Was hoping to have a better experience.
Dr. Bultema took time at each appointment to talk through what's been done and what the next steps are. When I asked about orthodontics he sat patiently going through many options and even explaining why previous work I had done might not have been the 'right work' and was so professional. The hygienists and front desk staff are always so helpful and friendly! Plus, Netflix on the ceiling while you get those teeth cleaned; win win! Our family is a Maple Family Dental family, and I don't foresee a change in that!
