Horrible Maple Creek is horrible. There are homeless people camped out around the buildings that walk around at all hours, leaving trash (including syringes) all over the place. They use the bathroom in the bushes even. Also, the trash piles up around the dumpsters regularly. There are so many roaches in the apartments it's disgusting. Sewage is flowing regularly from plumbing that is stopped up and overflows in front of the buildings. Drive through there at night. Don't listen to the reviews Between roach infestations, gunshots every night, drug deals outside my door, the train horn blasting constantly, and constant maintenance problems, this is a place to stay away from
Great Staff The staff have always been so nice and helpful. They have a bilingual office worker which makes everything so much easier for my family. Overall a good location to live.

Buena comunidad La community tiene acceso rápido para las tiendas, gaseras,y escuelas para mis hijos. Hay mecánicos cercas y llanteras. La lavanderías están cercas también. La vivienda es cómoda y halllo parqueo fácil. También hay eventos cada mes para los residentes!

Love this place! I'll be renewing my first lease soon, and I'm glad to have found this place. The recent renovations are inside and out, and very nice. It's got quick access to all parts of Nashville! And even better, you you only need to get into downtown traffic if that's your destination. ??
