If I could give it a zero I would! Renters beware! The final year my girls renewed the lease the NEW property mgmt. co that took over added revisions that nothing can be done on the property w/o an extra fine. You can really only sleep there. Example: You can be fined for using an outlet in your own garage. My daughters rented here for 3+ years and had the townhouse cleaned upon exit. The property was left better than when they moved in. Horrible management rent went from 875 to 1200 in 1 year and then they wanted 1500 the next year. We lived there for 9 years never replaced anything and then had the nerve to tell me we owe them for a new microwave and refrigerator after a month of being moved out. Completely greedy corporation ran you can hear and smell stuff through the walls. They have a huge bug problem and mold issues most basements flood and they refuse to do anything about it. I lived here for one year and truly enjoyed it. Best value apartment complex that I could find. It’s quiet, open, and cozy. Being right of the interstates is added bonus. Strongly recommend!
