Bit like everyone else has mentioned. Great personal service and they try to what is right by you every time. Thanks for the new car Richie. I love it and so does the kids. Service department is awesome as well. Reasonable price, knowledgeable staff and speedy service.
If I could have put lower than 1 star I would have. Brought our Pro-master van in for an oil change and check engine light and they had it for over 30 days. The problems that ensued were mechanic error, my husband is a contractor and the loaner vehicle he was given was a pick up, not sufficient for his needs on a job.This was a warranty vehicle repair but I would think at the least you could have offered some free oil changes or a gas card for the incredible inconvenience this caused!! I know you had a hard time through no fault of yours -- it was a really big job, parts needed to be ordered, the technician on your job was on vacation over the holiday.
