I would not let my loved one stay here. Management is rude and arrogant. There is constant tension and fear because of the owner. Needs to be bought out and taken over by someone who knows what they are doing
My wife has been residing at this facility for approximately a year and a half. Initially I was very impressed. This facility is ethnically centered, mainly serving Japanese and Korean seniors. After a year and a half. It has been quite clear that first impressions some times prove to be illusions. There have been several incidents of neglect, and stupidity of untrained and unqualified staff. There has been incidents of staff physically fighting on the job.
