2 stars for location 0 stars for much more. Since living in this building, neighbours have made it no secret that they feel nobody at interrent cares. A good example is I reached out about a simple toilet fill valve being faulty…never heard back. Issues like this you can’t even attempt to fix yourself because the buildings plumber has taken away the switch that shuts the water to the toilet off. Last week my husband and i met with Kim it was a great experience she was very professional and kind it was our first experience viewing apartments she took the time to show us a few and very patient and did not rush us through the process however the location on lakeshore was the one we felt more comfortable at and would enjoy residing at thank you KIM for a positive experience Regards Enzo and Linda .
455 Maple Ave is a nice building, very calm environment, friendly respectful neighbors. We have been fortunate to live here since 2009 with the added value of having Pam around! Pam not only keeps the building clean but also makes us feel we have a person we can always turn to when we have a concern, even a personal one .We also want to thank Paul for taking care of the maintenance and all our calls for help.
We love living at 455 Maple Avenue! Great location, spacious apartment and friendly tenants. Major shoutouts to Paul our handy maintenace guy and Pam our amazing cleaner who work hard to keep our building safe and clean.
