Not paying attention to the customer information resulting in wasted time and money.
Had amazing work performed this week by Maple Auto Center. Had some electrical issues and replaced the battery on my own, but despite that, my vehicle would not hold a charge. Maple was able to accommodate me on the day of, and I towed my car using AAA to the center. Even though LA was in the middle of a record-setting heat wave, the Maple mechanics promptly started work on my car, replacing my alternator, changing my oil, and got me back on the road within a few hours.
