Illegally evicting my family out of the apartments without reason or 30 day notice. Owner denied my husband his emotional support animal even with legal paperwork, refuses to give us the mail key for two months and used money for nonintended purposes and claims we owe rent which we do not according to receipts and federal law. Legal actions will be taken against this owner and property.
The neighborhood is unsafe and the gate is always breaking. There has been a murder on the premises. The owner made up fees that we were not told about in advance, then when she needed money she informed us if we didn't pay, she would charge late fees. She lied to us about being the owner, saying she has to answer to someone else, and they make the rules.
my 2yr old is supposed to come home in Oct from foster care but how can he when the landlord is trying to evict people who have already made arrangements with management that the landlord fired because management refused to follow landlords illegal practices. All of my sinks leak constantly with empty promises of getting it fixed. Hole in my wall that has yet to be repaired...
Recommendedgreat place and staff most of the problems ive seen against the staff are cause buy non payment of rent i pay my rent on time and i have no problems i dont see how people can not pay rent and play victum as i said good staff maintenance goes above and beyond highly recomended

Theses apartments are nice with friendly people. My kid got friends to play with, schools, gas station and a resturant close by, parks close by.
This indian lady showed me an apartment that was ok but she was very rude and I overheard her saying things i couldn't believe she was actually saying. Even so i applied but then she tried to ask me for a 250$ admin fee and refused to show me MY apartment. I looked in the window of the apartment number she said was mine and i literally threw up in my mouth it was gross and nasty and filthy. Plus the outside was full of termites. I never went back. Don't waste your time going there. You will regret it.
