Bungalow Beach Resort on Anna Maria Island was beyond amazing! The bungalows are literally on the beach—you step out of your door and your feet are in the sand. The views are breathtaking, especially the sunsets, and the sound of the waves at night is so peaceful. The bungalows themselves are cozy, clean, and full of charm, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. AMAZING PLACE!! We had our honeymoon at Bungalow Beach, and have returned many times since then. The people who run it are very accommodating, and the main bungalow on the beach is exactly what you'd expected from an "Old Florida" inn. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
We had another amazing stay at the Bungalow Beach Resort! My family and I have been going for 21 years now and this year was very different to see after the storms, but the Resort went far and beyond with the bungalows that are remaining. Truly beautiful, accomodations were amazing and staff are always wonderful to work with. We truly love the bungalows and always look forward to visiting and look forward to their progress moving forward as well!
Stayed at the Sand Dune for a one night girls get away. I wish we had more than one day as it was amazing. We were able to get into the bungalow around 1:00 when it was cleaned, which we were very excited about as it was supposed to rain that day (it didn’t 😊). We were blown away by the cute vintage coastal decor, size of the rooms, and oh my the view!!! Right on the beach with your own chairs and umbrella set up! That alone was worth it.
