I have called a few times, not able to get an appoinment, always routed to a machine to record a message, no one ever called me.
Horrible people with terrible practices. Take advantage of employees along side their clients. Constantly skirting the grey area of the law when it comes to employees and customers. No morals has a massive furlough of employees biannually to keep the costs low while owner Jacob and his family collect millions off the back of hard working people and others with substance issues or mental issues. Horrible people who are not in it for helping anyone but themselves to your wallet.
I am reluctant to call this company a scam but that is what they are. I received TWO bills from them. One was for the initial intake interview. It was billed as an office visit. I did not speak with any physician. The second was for when I cancelled the trial service via a telephone call. These were NOT office visits. I just received another bill from this company.
