Do not answer phones or return calls and mess up medications constantly since changing ownership.
If someone would answer a phone or return a message, it would be perfect. Literally ran out of meds last night. I left a message with the pharmacy and tried 4 different extensions including yellow suite, the main operator, and the pharmacy operator and no one can pick up a phone.
This place shows lack of organization, and professionalism. I’ve never experienced a medical facility not wanting to improve their patients experiences and ensuring things are done correctly. No one answers the phone, and when they do, you’re bothering them. Staff has no professionalism when speaking to patients, no communication between the different colored suites. No one answers the phone! My pharmacy had an issues with my persecution and they had not been able to get in contact with anyone there for a week. I’ve now been with out my medication for 8 days thanks to no one answering the phone or returning messages.
Felt very well taken care of. Staff is phenomenal and they really listen and provide excellent services
